◆ WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship our jewelry worldwide from Ukraine. Every order is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

◆ PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
Each piece is made to order in 2–4 weeks. Shipping time is added to the production time, so please plan ahead if you're ordering a gift for a special date. Need it by a specific day? Message us before ordering, and we'll do our best to help.

◆ CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT or other taxes may be charged on delivery. This is common in many European countries, including Germany, France, Italy and the Nordic countries. These charges are set by your local customs office, are not included in the item price and are paid by the buyer.

◆ US CUSTOMERS — DUTIES PAID (DDP)
All orders to the United States ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and fees are already paid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery and no surprise bills at your door.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment number and postal code. If you notice a mistake, message us as soon as possible, ideally before your piece is shipped.

Each piece is packed with care. We choose the packaging for every item individually, depending on its size and how it can be packed most securely:
— Branded cotton pouch and branded wooden gift box
— Branded cotton pouch only
— Cardboard jewelry box only
Large and heavy pieces, such as chains and bracelets, may not fit a standard gift box, so we always choose the option that keeps your jewelry safe.

— Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals
— Remove before sleeping, swimming, showering or heavy physical work
— Clean gently with a soft silver cloth
— Darkened (oxidized) details are part of the design; don't over-polish them, so the contrast and depth stay intact
— Leather pieces: keep the leather dry and keep silver polish away from it
— Store in a dry place, ideally in the included pouch or box
