◆ CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT or other taxes may be charged on delivery. This is common in many European countries, including Germany, France, Italy and the Nordic countries. Each piece is packed with care. We choose the packaging for every item individually, depending on its size and how it can be packed most securely:

— Branded cotton pouch only
— Cardboard jewelry box only
Large and heavy pieces, such as chains and bracelets, may not fit a standard gift box, so we always choose the option that keeps your jewelry safe.

— Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals
— Remove before sleeping, swimming, showering or heavy physical work
— Clean gently with a soft silver cloth
— Darkened (oxidized) details are part of the design; don't over-polish them, so the contrast and depth stay intact
— Leather pieces: keep the leather dry and keep silver polish away from it
— Store in a dry place, ideally in the included pouch or box
