Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • For US & International Customers: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

  • It must be in its original packaging (including boxes and pouches for protection).

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene or custom nature. The following items are exempt from returns:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made to your specific measurements, custom engravings, or unique specifications.

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.

  • Items on Final Sale: Products purchased during clearance or marked as non-returnable.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • Please note: Returns must be sent to our designated return address. Do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package without contacting us first.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
